I’ve tasted gateau basques from nearly every major patisserie in the Bayonne, Anglet, and Bayonne region and this was one of the better ones that I’ve tasted. Great texture, balance between cream and crust and, of course, flavor. So far, I’ve only tasted cherry, but I am looking forward to trying the cream.

Definitely the best patisserie in Biarritz. We loved the croissants, pain au raisin and pastries like the Pavlova (merengue, strawberries and whipped cream), and raspberry macaron amongst others. Enjoy!

Excellent bread, patisserie and croissants! We have been in Biarritz for years and this is definitely one of the best!

Best bakery in the entire region. The saleswoman however is not friendly to foreigners at all.. the cakes were awesome so we still give them a 5/5 💙💙

Stumbled upon this little gem by coincidence towards the end of the day. Luckily, I was feeling like tarte tartin/tarte des pommes and there was one left for the day. Very reasonably priced and though we ended up storing it for a day and a half in the fridge before eating it it was absolutely delicious! J'ai testé toute les gâteaux; tous aussi bon. Les pâtisseries de Sylvie Sarda ont beaucoup de goût et d'arôme et pas sucré en excès.
